The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploration. The hotel's location is another major plus point. Situated in the heart of Tirana, it's within walking distance of many popular landmarks, restaurants, and shops, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The owner of the hotel was an architect himself and he provided insightful commentary on the hotel's design and architecture. It was a delightful and enriching experience to learn about Tirana's rich architectural heritage from someone so passionate and knowledgeable about the subject. The bottle of wine provided by the owner was a thoughtful gesture that added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our stay. It was a gesture that truly exemplified the personalized attention and care that Oda Hotel extends to its guests.

Our host Erald made sure that we could park our camper van (height 2.0m) in the nearby underground parking; the hotel has a few reserved places there, which are without additional fees. Access is restricted; so it was safe to leave the van overnight. From the hotel it was possible to use our bikes to get to the city center along the river Lana. The team was very attentive and the lobby/breakfast area is nicely decorated. For breakfast there are 3 options to choose from (no buffet); the continental version was very good, also for quantity.

Our room was comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade to one with a balcony. The location is ok, there is a bus station almost in front of the hotel, on foot you need about 30 minutes to reach the center.
